We are small in home breeders who strive to bring you happy, healthy, socialized puppies. We focus on breeding top quality, healthy puppies. We raise each litter as our own, in our home to give as much love and attention as possible until they reach their forever homes. All our adults are exceptional quality AKC or CKC registered Parti-Yorkies, health tested regularly by a licensed DVM.

Available Puppies

Yorkies are Hypo-Allergenic, do not shed, have a very sweet temperament and always offer lots of kisses.

All puppies come vet checked with there first shots and a 1 year health guarantee. Puppies do Not leave until. 10- 12 weeks of age, this is to ensure they are eating and thriving well on solid food.

If you are welcoming one of our babies into your family a contract will need to be signed. Delivery arrangements are possible and subject to an additional fee.

A $500 non refundable deposit will hold your place on a wait list until your desired puppy comes available.
